Our cauli oatmeal can be cooked in a variety of ways. Microwave, stovetop, and overnight are standard, but keep an eye out on our socials for fun recipes like pancakes, oat cakes, and smoothies. 

Microwave:
Shake bag well to mix ingredients. Combine 1/2 cup of cauli-oats with 3/4 cup of water or your favorite plant based mylk in a microwave-safe container. Microwave for 1-2 minutes and let sit for 2-3 minutes more to soak up all the flavor. Serve and enjoy!

Stovetop:
Shake bag well to mix ingredients. Combine 1/2 cup of cauli-oats with 3/4 cup of water or your favorite plant based mylk in a saucepan. Cook for 3-5 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring until thickened to desired consistency. Serve and enjoy! 

Overnight:
Shake bag well to mix ingredients. Combine 1/2 cup of cauli-oats with 3/4 cups of water or your favorite plant based mylk. Let sit for minimum of 3 hours or overnight (whichever is more convenient. Serve and enjoy!

 Some more fun recipes to make with your Brassi cauli oatmeal: 

Pancakes Combine 1/2 cup cauli oats, 1/4 cup plant-based milk, 1/4 cup plant-based yogurt (or legg), 1/2 banana, and 1 tsp baking powder and blend until smooth. Add oil to the pan and cook, for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. (3-4 small pancakes) Neatbrassi #EATBRASSI Baked Oats Blend 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 banana, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/3 cup milk. Pour into greased ramekin and bake at 400F for 18-22 minutes. SEATBRASSI WAFFLES Combine 1/2 cup caulioats, 1/4 cup plant-based milk, 1/4 cup plant-based yogurt (or 1 egg). 1/2 banana, and 1 tsp baking powder. Blend until smooth. Spray waffle iron with oil and pour in batter. (3-4 small waffles) #EATBRASSI Upgraded ChiaPudding Add 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp Brassi caulioats, 1/2 cup plant-based milk, and (optional) 1 tsp maple syrup. Stir well and let sit in fridge for 4+ hours or overnight #EATBRASSI MUG CAKE Combine 1/2 cup caulioats, 1/4 cup plant-based milk, 1/4 cup plant-based yogurt (or 1 egg). 1/2 banana, and 1 tsp baking powder. Blend until smooth. Pour into a mug and microwave for 1.5 - 2 mins. Add desired toppings, and enjoy! Energy Bites No Bake Recipe! Combine 1/2 cup Brassi cauli oats, 2 tablespoons nut butter of your choice, 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, and any other mix-ins of your choosing. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes until mix sets. Roll mix into balls of desired size. Store in fridge and enjoy! #eatbrassi
