Our cauli oatmeal can be cooked in a variety of ways. Microwave, stovetop, and overnight are standard, but keep an eye out on our socials for fun recipes like pancakes, oat cakes, and smoothies. 

Microwave:
Shake bag well to mix ingredients. Combine 1/2 cup of cauli-oats with 3/4 cup of water or your favorite plant based mylk in a microwave-safe container. Microwave for 1-2 minutes and let sit for 2-3 minutes more to soak up all the flavor. Serve and enjoy!

Stovetop:
Shake bag well to mix ingredients. Combine 1/2 cup of cauli-oats with 3/4 cup of water or your favorite plant based mylk in a saucepan. Cook for 3-5 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring until thickened to desired consistency. Serve and enjoy! 

Overnight:
Shake bag well to mix ingredients. Combine 1/2 cup of cauli-oats with 3/4 cups of water or your favorite plant based mylk. Let sit for minimum of 3 hours or overnight (whichever is more convenient. Serve and enjoy!
