1. How is Brassi pronounced and what does it means?
Brassi, pronounced [bra-see], and is derived from the word “brassica”. Cauliflower oatmeal (or what we call "cauli oats") is what originally inspired our brand.
2. Where are Brassi products made?
All Brassi products are made in Michigan, USA.

4. Where can I buy your products?
You can buy online on our website or check out our store locator here.
5. Do you do returns or refunds?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We are happy to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we generally cannot accept returns through our store online, but individual retailers may have their own policy.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If approved, the amount will be refunded on your original payment method. It may take up to 2 weeks for your credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Do you sell internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to the 48 continental United States. We are exploring expansion to HI / AK / worldwide in the future. That said, if you really want to try our product and live outside of our shipping region, shoot us an email and we’ll see what we can do.
7. How are you different from other oatmeal companies?
When we searched the stores for a nutritious oatmeal product, we found ourselves coming up short. There were options for high protein, high fiber, or low sugar, but none had all of the above, and most had ingredients we didn’t love. We also couldn’t find an option that integrated vegetables into our breakfast in an easy, healthy way.
8. Why don’t you offer 1 day / faster shipping?
We’re so used to 1 day shipping with Amazon that we often overlook the negative environmental impacts of it. Carbon emissions are 35x greater with smaller delivery trips, and we want to make sure our carbon footprint is lower.

1. Where can I find nutritional information?

2. Can you taste the cauliflower?
The cauliflower is a (hidden) veggie, so you won’t be able to taste it. The texture blends in well with the rolled oats.
3. How do I cook it?

4. How long does a bag last?
Hopefully the bag will be gone within the week! But, our products are shelf-stable. We recommend you store your products in a cool, dry place.
5. How long does it have to sit in the fridge if I don't have a microwave / stovetop?
If you plan to make your cauli oats without any heat, you only have to leave your bowl in the fridge for 3 hours. Longer is always better to soak up all the flavor.
6. Are you gluten/dairy/soy/GMO-free? Vegetarian, vegan?
Currently, we’re vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, and GMO-free. While oats are naturally gluten-free, ours are not currently certified gluten-free. We’re looking to attain the gluten-free certification in future.
7. What toppings pair well with X flavor?

8. Can I customize my bowl?
Of course, that’s our favorite part of making Brassi bowls when we have time. Check out toppings that pair well here for extra flavor. To make it more filling, we suggest adding some more protein or collagen peptides, milk, nut butters for healthy fats, or double up on the serving size.
